If you're a strategic sourcing professional with a passion for delivering cost-efficient, quality-focused procurement solutions - this could be your next move. Reporting into the Director of Procurement for Europe, you'll play a key role in ensuring the group's lodging sites across Europe are fully supported across goods and services - balancing cost, quality, sustainability, and continuity of supply. You'll be responsible for end-to-end procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory oversight. Key Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies and manage tender processes

Negotiate supplier contracts and evaluate pricing structures

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement

Conduct market analysis and benchmark performance

Ensure alignment with ESG goals and sustainable sourcing

Collaborate with property-level teams to understand operational needs

Support integration activities and change management across sites
