Description
As a Senior Procurement Manager you will have the autonomy to manage the UK procurement division for a global manufacturer. You will need to be both strategic and be hand-on in the role ad you will lead on all procurement / supply chain activities. You will be managing multiple categories which include packaging, repair materials, consumables, services, transport/ logistic, and warehousing. You must have experience working in this category area, but the biggest spend is within transport/ logistics/fleet and facilities management.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives. Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
