We are looking for a Senior Commodity Manager who will lead direct procurement categories across the EMEA region, focusing on uninterrupted supply, service excellence, and cost optimization. This role requires strategic category planning, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier relationship management to drive long-term value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure continuous supply to support category growth and business needs. Develop and execute category strategies tailored to regional requirements. Lead and manage high-level negotiations with key suppliers across EMEA. Conduct in-depth market and category analysis, including pricing, capacity, and risk factors. Drive Cost of Goods optimization through tenders, RFQs, and compliance processes. Oversee invoice processing and resolve discrepancies to meet service levels. Build and manage supplier relationships for improved service and performance. Handle financial aspects such as cost accruals and claims management. Evaluate supplier innovations and capabilities.
