OverviewThe Product Analyst will partner with Principal Portfolio Analysts in the Commercial & Digital value stream to scope upcoming initiatives, document features, and support scrum teams across Sky Business Technology. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Principal Portfolio Analysts to understand capability & feature scope for new initiatives.Drive Sky Business initiatives with Software Engineering product analysts, document features, and support decompose into user stories.Ensure quality of analysis artefacts by introducing & adopting best‑practice principles across the analysis team.Work with Software Engineering delivery to create, prioritise & maintain the technical roadmap.Review & maintain the Product Analyst capacity model, highlight bottleneck risks, and propose solutions.Communicate initiative progress to senior stakeholders through dashboards during A&D, Build, Test & Production phases. QualificationsExperience as a Product Analyst or Owner in B2B telecoms domain (Broadband, Voice, Mobile, TV). Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Digital platforms supporting B2B customers, and CRM functionality.Proficiency in system integration analysis with internal & third‑party systems.Documenting & decomposing features into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritisation.Working collaboratively across multiple scrum teams and stakeholder groups to deliver outcomes.Experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
