An established and fast-growing energy trading business is seeking a Senior Product Control Analyst to join their high-performing team. This is a key role focused on daily P&L reporting and analysis of complex Gas and Power trading activities across UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Control Analyst include: Prepare and review daily P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to key stakeholders Analyse and explain P&L drivers, working closely with traders, risk, and finance teams Perform month-end close processes in collaboration with Finance and Risk Control Review trading portfolios and new deals to ensure appropriate valuation and recognition Provide insight and commentary on trading results to senior management Support continuous improvement of controls, systems and reporting processes
