We have partnered with a unique, hugely important organisation whose work touches and impacts a wide range of the population - they are looking for a Senior Product Designer (FTC) to join a hugely impactful programme of work.

You will be joining an internal UCD team comprised of Service Designers, User Researchers and Content Designers to re-imagine a portal used both internally and by external partners - the overall goal is to build a fully digitised platform, replacing existing manual / non-automated processes.

From a Product Design perspective, this means making complex data (or content) heavy interfaces intuitive and simple for users from both a UX & Usability perspective, as well as from a UI perspective - especially considering aspects such as displaying data or dense content. Given the complexity, prospective candidates must have experience within enterprise environments (or something like GDS) working on complex tooling and workflows.

The rest of your Design skill-set?

◘ You have real depth of experience within UX Design (not just simple wireframing), as you will be both mapping out complex user journeys as well as creating complex interfaces from the ground-up.

◘ You are very comfortable in using existing design systems, whilst also expanding component libraries where required.

◘ You're an excellent facilitator and visual storyteller - communicating your work to both team / peer groups as well as internal stakeholders.
