Title: Senior Product Designer – Native Mobile | High‑Traffic B2C Product | Up to £90k + bonus

We’re partnering with a leading UK consumer product company to hire a Senior Product Designer into a core product team.

You’ll be working on a fast‑moving, complex B2C native mobile product used by hundreds of thousands of customers, where design has a real seat at the table.

The opportunity

You will:

• Own a key area of a B2C native mobile app (iOS/Android) end‑to‑end
• Dive into complex, multi‑step journeys and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences
• Take a messy mix of ideas, requirements and constraints and create a clear, testable product direction
• Work autonomously day‑to‑day while collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing and analytics
• Run workshops, align stakeholders and introduce better ways of working where needed
• Use research and data to challenge assumptions and push for the right problems to be solved

No finance experience needed – if you’ve worked on fast‑paced, high‑impact B2C apps and love untangling complexity, this will feel familiar.

What we’re looking for

• Senior‑level Product Designer with strong B2C experience (must)
• Solid track record designing native mobile products (iOS/Android) – ideally core journeys, not just surface UI
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy on complex projects
• Used to collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and navigating competing priorities
• Confident challenging the status quo and embedding new ways of working in a squad or product area
• Hands‑on with user research and experimentation – able to turn insight into clear decisions and next steps

• Environment & setup

  • c.20‑person design team with strong leadership support and a healthy, collaborative culture
  • Mature design system – focus is on problem framing, strategy and execution over pixel‑perfect dribbble shots
  • Hybrid working: 2 days a week in a central London office (anchor days Tuesday & Wednesday)
  • Compensation: up to £90k base + up to 10% discretionary bonus + benefits
