We're looking for the 1st Design hire to join a fast-growing fintech on a mission to transform money management. You'll be designing and scaling high-performance tools and infrastructure to empower firms with strategic insights!

What you'll be doing...

• Establishing design best practices, scale the function, and lead the creation of a world-class B2B fintech platform.
• Creating intuitive, elegant experiences that solve real financial problems for business users.
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver aligned, high-impact solutions.
• Building and maintaining a design system that enables speed, quality, and consistency across the platform.
• Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate outcomes.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years in Product Design, with a track record in B2B digital products
• Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping platforms.
• Experience running user research and turning insights into seamless UX and UI.
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
