OverviewSenior Product Director for the Pharmacy & Medicines portfolio. This role leads the long-term product strategy across six product lines spanning Community Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy and Medicines Optimization, and partners with healthcare stakeholders to drive innovation and impact in the wider healthcare system.ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate a compelling long-term product vision for the Pharmacy & Medicines portfolioLead the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap aligned with NHS priorities and business strategyShape and influence strategic direction across product, commercial, and market-facing teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectivesOversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and business case development to delivery, performance monitoring, and retirementLead capital planning and budgeting across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate planning cyclesEngage with strategic partners, pharmacy networks, and medicines optimization leaders to ensure product relevance and adoptionLead go-to-market strategies including business case development, value proposition design, and implementation planningWho You\'ll BeResponsible for the Pharmacy & Medicines portfolio, we are looking for you to have a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including NHS structures, funding flows and regulatory landscape.Experience of operating at a leadership level is essential to enable your success in this role, along with proven experience working within healthcare innovation, digital health or transformation. Building credible relationships is key, you will interface with customers across the portfolio aligning the product strategy to customer needs and organisational strategy. Being a people leader will come naturally to you, as well as having the skills to influence and drive change within your peer group and wider teams across the organisation plus embedding complex processes with your product department.
