Job Description
Lead Product Engineer
Hybrid (2 days in office) | Central London | Up to £100,000 + Equity
Our client processes terabytes of climate and cloud data. Cutting edge infrastructure, looking for a strong frontend leaning engineer full-stack engineer with the product instinct and architectural depth to take a powerful platform and make it feel as impressive as it performs.
You'll own the frontend, define the architecture, set the bar for UI quality, shape the component system, and be the technical voice on product decisions. Managing stakeholders, designing and shipping APIs, contributing to backend systems, and owning features end-to-end.

Have strong product and UX instincts. You care how things feel, not just how they work
Use AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as a real part of your workflow
Come from a startup, scale-up, or agency background where you've had to do a bit of everything

Have thick skin, good humour, and a collaborative streak
