Company

Here at Instinct, we’re excited to be working with a global leader in management consulting, operating across multiple countries and known for driving transformation in some of the world’s most complex industries. With thousands of professionals worldwide, they combine deep industry expertise with innovation in strategy, operations, risk, and organisational development.

Role

They are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions that transform how colleagues develop and perform. This is not a traditional L&D role; it's about applying product management principles to create scalable, user-centred learning products that embed growth directly into the flow of work.

You’ll shape the learning product vision, own the roadmap, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across consulting teams, talent, and technology to align learning strategy with business priorities. From piloting AI-powered tools and performance support apps to rethinking how skills are built firm-wide, you’ll drive initiatives that change behaviours and unlock lasting impact.

Skillset required:

  • Significant experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar, ideally within management consulting, professional services, or global corporate environments.
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to define and deliver a compelling product vision and roadmap.
  • Expertise in digital learning technologies (LMS, LXP, performance support tools), with experience applying AI and data-driven approaches to learning.
  • Proven ability to design learning products that embed into the workflow and drive behavioural change at scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align senior leaders across functions and geographies.
  • Skilled in agile product development and experimentation, with a track record of piloting, testing, and refining learning solutions.
  • Passion for continuous learning, product innovation, and building future-ready capabilities.

Rewards

This is a high-profile opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a global professional services environment. Alongside the chance to shape a transformative learning strategy and influence senior leadership.
