This is a new, exciting contract where you will be tasked with translating consumer insights into an innovative product roadmap from conception to launch. This role ensures all new products deliver genuine consumer value, meet time and cost targets, and act as a key driver for the brand's commercial growth strategy. This is initially a 6-12 month contract, but there may be scope for it to become permanent as time goes on
Your role will involve:
* Cultivating a consumer-first focus by extracting and implementing meaningful insights to inform relevant innovations that identify unmet consumer needs and solve real-world problems
* Leading the voice of the consumer; driving and communicating the product vision & mission from concept to launch, throughout the entire NPD process
* Creating, leading and implementing 5-year product roadmaps
* Taking full ownership and accountability for respective categories in the portfolio, leveraging proven experience in full lifecycle product management
* Continuously analysing and interpreting the competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
