Working for a market leading consumer brand with millions of customers, the Senior Product Manager will build innovative products that will transform customer experiences through cutting-edge generative and conversational AI.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

• Owning and evolving market-proven AI products, scaling them into intelligent, end-to-end experiences that solve real customer problems
• Shaping the roadmap, prioritising complex feature development and scaling impact across a growing squad
• Translating customer insight, analytics and experimentation into prioritised feature development decisions
• Leading proposition development across Generative and Agentic AI use cases
• Shaping and scale AI-powered customer journeys
• Championing innovation methodologies and fostering curiosity, experimentation and bias for action

The Senior Product Manager will have:

• Strong experience building and scaling complex B2C digital products
• A clear track record of roadmap ownership and prioritising feature development over time
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management
• Direct AI experience is preferred, but isn’t essential — but genuine passion, curiosity and credible understanding of Generative and Agentic AI is
• Candidates could come from any consumer sector such as eCommerce, retail, fintech, media, finance, travel, etc.
