Bring your knowledge of our brand to a new role and grow yourself further. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Manager, Core Payments. You’ll be responsible for driving the commercialisation and product management requirements of the Core Payment product portfolio. You’ll closely collaborate with other teams such as Sales, Client Connectivity, Client Services, Technology, Operations, other cross-Product functions, risk stewards as well as regional and country counterparts, regularly working with and briefing senior management. Be responsible for commercialising assigned products, to increase market share, meet client requirements, grow revenue in line with the wider GPS strategy Implement and drive commercialisation plan by collaborating with regions and countries and adapting in line with market developments Implement volume and fee revenue growth initiatives; continuously improve operating efficiency and manage product risk profile Actively engage in development of next generation solution requirements by carrying out research on customer needs, emerging market trends, market infrastructure development and the regulatory environment globally and leveraging on market insights and analysis Support rationalisation of product solutions to provide consistency and cost savings to the organisation Support management reporting, tracking of risk issues and ownership of benefit tracking Proactive management of risk level of the assigned products constantly, by conducting end-to-end product reviews outlining all key dependencies, input sources, capabilities, and risks
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Sound knowledge of Payments Previous experience in client facing role with market awareness Strong communication, analytical, decision making and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be resilient and pragmatic Strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure of challenging deadlines Excellent written and spoken communication skills; attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and communicate information in a meaningful way
