Senior Product Manager – eDV Cleared

£80,000–£85,000 | UK-based | Hybrid

A Senior Product Manager is needed to lead delivery on high-impact government projects. You'll challenge existing approaches, build user-centred roadmaps and drive products through full lifecycle stages with agile teams. Expect autonomy to innovate alongside multi-disciplinary specialists.

Role Overview

• Lead agile teams to solve complex problems and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising outcomes over outputs.
• Manage products from Discovery through to Live, adapting methods per phase.
• Build strong client partnerships and negotiate for maximum value delivery.
• Coach team members to strengthen overall product practices.

Essential Experience

• Track record leading product delivery in agile environments.
• Expertise in user research, backlog management and prioritisation.
• Strong agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery experience.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and plain-English communication.
• Ability to use data and evidence for decision-making.

Requirements

• Active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
• UK right to work with 10+ years continuous UK residency.

• £80,000–£85,000 base salary.
