🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (office and home-based)Role OverviewThis role sits at the heart of campaign and marketing technology, owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery of campaign management platforms across a large-scale digital ecosystem. You will lead the evolution of Adobe Campaign and owned communications tools, enabling effective, compliant, and scalable customer communications across channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product vision and backlog for Adobe Campaign and the owned communications stackMaintain and deliver a roadmap covering features, releases, and integrations across the wider technology ecosystemAct as system administrator for Adobe Campaign and campaign toolingGovern campaign management usage, defining operating models, controls, and workflowsDrive business adoption through ideation workshops, user story creation, and best-practice guidanceSupport quarterly planning, experimentation, and sprint planning with delivery teamsLead vendor partnerships to ensure campaign tooling remains best-in-classEnsure campaign execution adheres to compliance, security, and policy requirementsSupport senior MarTech leadership in executing broader marketing technology strategyWhat You’ll BringDeep hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (certification preferred)Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Campaign v7; experience with AJO and Campaign v8 advantageousProven experience managing complex digital campaigns and platform migrationsBackground in product ownership within a large, fast-paced organisationExperience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisionsExposure to wider MarTech capabilities such as analytics, CDP, consent management, personalisation, or digital marketing platformsTeam ContextYou’ll be part of a Marketing Technology team focused on:Strengthening MarTech specialisation and cross-group alignmentFuture-proofing campaign and media platformsEmbedding best-practice tools and driving adoptionBuilding internal MarTech capability and operational efficiencyCompetitive benefits package including pension and private healthcareEmployee discounts across TV, broadband, and mobile productsAccess to exclusive rewards, experiences, and wellbeing benefitsWays of WorkingHybrid working is supported, balancing collaboration in modern office spaces with flexibility to work from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
