They’ve built strong market traction, secured major investment, and proven their product with consumers. Now they’re launching their B2B proposition and this is a genuine 0→1 opportunity to build it from the ground up.

There’s huge demand from healthcare providers, corporates, and partners to use their platform at scale. The business is now investing heavily to turn that demand into a strategic B2B product offering.

The role

They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and build their B2B product from scratch.

This is not an optimisation role. This is greenfield.

You’ll shape the strategy, lead discovery, and build a scalable B2B proposition on top of an already successful consumer product. You’ll work closely with leadership and an established engineering team to take the product from concept to market.

This is a highly strategic role with real ownership and visibility across the business.

What you’ll be doing ⚙️

• Defining the B2B product strategy and long term vision.
• Leading end to end product discovery to identify high value opportunities.
• Taking a 0→1 product to market and scaling adoption.
• Working closely with engineering to deliver impactful product outcomes
• Partnering with leadership to shape the commercial and product direction.
• Turning an established B2C product into a compelling B2B offering.

About you

• You’re a strategic product thinker and builder who’s comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
• Experienced in B2B healthtech (essential).
• Strong in 0→1 product development.
• Excellent at product discovery and problem validation.
• Strategic, commercially aware, and outcome focused.
• Comfortable owning big decisions and driving direction.
• Low ego, collaborative, and team oriented.
