£60,000 – £70,000 per annum + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a defined product portfolio. Acting as the “CEO of the product,” you will lead product strategy, roadmap development, pricing, and lifecycle management to drive growth and profitability.

You will define the product vision and annual objectives, develop and maintain the roadmap, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver against strategic goals. The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, supporting new product development from concept through to launch, setting value-based pricing, and monitoring financial performance.

Working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and divisional teams, you will ensure product performance targets are achieved, provide technical input for promotional activity, deliver product training, and support continuous improvement initiatives including cost reduction and regulatory adaptation.

About You:

Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, engineering, or a customer-facing commercial role

Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills

Manufacturing experience desirable; building services or construction sector experience advantageous

Willing to travel up to 20% (primarily UK)
