We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a leadership role focused on driving technology change and delivery across lending and credit products.


You’ll bring a product mindset to delivery, ensuring initiatives are outcome-focused and centred on delivering real customer value.


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management within financial services
  • Proven track record of leading complex digital product delivery in fast-moving environments
  • Strong ability to apply product thinking to delivery and change initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across the full delivery lifecycle (discovery through to launch)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
  • Data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and prioritisation
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for managing delivery processes
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to communicate progress clearly and consistently


Nice to Have

  • Experience working within fintech environments
  • Background in scaling delivery teams within high-growth organisations
  • Experience operating in resource-constrained or rapidly evolving environments
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric product development principles
