About The Team You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities Lead the development and iteration of the global payment channel system, focusing on core overseas e-commerce scenarios. Be proficient in local European payment methods, e-wallets and other channels, formulate channel expansion strategies, and support the platform’s global business expansion. Deeply align with the business needs of overseas e-commerce. Design business-oriented payment product solutions by considering user payment habits and compliance requirements (such as GDPR, PSD2) across Europe and other global regions, optimize payment processes, reduce chargeback rates, and improve payment conversion rates and user experience. Establish a global payment channel management mechanism. Be responsible for the research, selection, testing, integration and full‑lifecycle operation and maintenance of channel partners. Regularly analyze core indicators including channel performance, stability, coverage and ROI, drive channel optimization and replacement, and reduce costs while improving efficiency. Be familiar with the full‑lifecycle management of transaction‑based payment products. Design payment product functions and optimize transaction processes for overseas e-commerce scenarios (order placement, payment, refund, reconciliation), and resolve pain points encountered during transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, risk control, operations and finance to complete the launch and deployment of payment channels, system integration testing, bookkeeping and reconciliation, as well as rapid response to subsequent issues. Ensure a smooth and stable payment link, troubleshoot various payment anomalies, and promote the standardization and large‑scale replication of global payment channels. Track global payment industry trends, regulatory policy changes and competitor dynamics. Put forward product innovation and optimization suggestions based on the characteristics of overseas e-commerce business, and drive the iteration and upgrade of payment products. Be responsible for payment-related data monitoring and analysis, deliver channel performance reports, enable data‑driven product optimization and business decision‑making, and support the platform’s large‑scale growth in overseas markets. Qualifications Relevant working experience in payment product management, with experience in payment products for overseas e-commerce platforms. Candidates with proven cases of building global payment channel systems are preferred. Willing to travel overseas or be based in Europe. Fluent in oral English as a working language, capable of independently liaising with overseas teams, partners and conducting business negotiations. Familiar with major global payment channels and cross‑border payment compliance requirements, understand the characteristics of the European payment market and user habits. Possess strong product planning capabilities and cross‑departmental collaboration skills. Data‑sensitive, skilled in identifying and solving problems through data analysis, with strong problem‑solving abilities and resilience under pressure. Proficient in German (capable of independently conducting business liaison in German‑speaking regions); experience in full‑lifecycle management of transaction‑based products; relevant experience in overseas payment compliance or risk control.
