A fast-growing, venture-backed biotechnology company is preparing to launch its first commercial product and is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager (Go-to-Market) to lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy.
This is a highly strategic, upstream marketing role focused on market entry, positioning, segmentation, and launch readiness rather than downstream sales execution.
Senior Product Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Own the go-to-market strategy for a first-in-class life sciences product

Define target markets, customer segments, positioning, and messaging

Translate complex scientific capability into compelling commercial narratives

Develop pricing frameworks and support commercial strategy

Partner with Product, R&D, Commercial, and Leadership teams to ensure launch readiness

Build scalable marketing foundations for future product growth

Experience Required:

Proven experience in product marketing / strategic marketing within biotech, life sciences, or scientific instrumentation

Track record of successful product launches or market entry

Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial mindset

Comfortable operating in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
