Senior Product Marketing Manager, Veeqo
New Today
Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Veeqo’s end-to-end product marketing engine. From positioning and messaging, to launch strategy, to adoption, to understanding what resonates with sellers and why.
In this role, you’ll be the strategic bridge between Product and the market. You’ll ensure every new Veeqo release (from advanced shipping tools to Listings to inventory automation) has a clear value proposition, a defined audience, and a compelling story that drives awareness, activation, and long‑term usage.
You’ll set the standard for product marketing excellence at Veeqo and raise the bar on delivery, collaboration, and seller impact.
Key job responsibilities
Product Marketing Operations & GTM Ownership
Own how product marketing operates at Veeqo — setting the standard for how we plan, prioritise, and execute launches
Translate product priorities into clear, actionable GTM plans across Marketing, Product, and Sales
Ensure every launch has defined goals, target segments, messaging direction, and success metrics
Drive clarity on what we launch, when, and why — balancing business impact, product readiness, and team capacity
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Sales, Lifecycle, and Design
Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations
Ensure teams are working towards shared outcomes, not siloed deliverables
Launch Execution & Delivery Excellence
Lead end‑to‑end execution of product launches, ensuring high‑quality delivery across all touchpoints
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to a high standard
Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum
Ensure launches are outcome‑driven — focused on adoption, usage, and revenue impact, not just output
Building Scalable PMM Mechanisms
Establish and continuously improve repeatable processes for:
Launch planning and execution
Messaging and asset development
Sales enablement
Post‑launch measurement
Create clear frameworks, templates, and ways of working that enable the team to scale effectively
Raise the bar on quality, consistency, and efficiency across all product marketing outputs
Adoption, Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement
Partner with Product and Lifecycle to ensure launches translate into real seller adoption and usage
Identify gaps in adoption and work cross‑functionally to address them
Establish feedback loops from Sales, Support, and sellers to inform future launches and messaging
Continuously iterate on GTM approach based on performance and insights
Sales Enablement & Internal Readiness
Ensure Sales and Customer‑facing teams are equipped with clear, actionable materials for every launch
Drive consistency in how Veeqo is positioned across internal teams
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure priority initiatives are effectively rolled out and adopted
Measurement & Business Impact
Define and track success metrics for launches and GTM initiatives
Own reporting on launch performance, adoption, and impact in business reviews
Use data to inform prioritisation, improve execution, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure product marketing efforts are clearly tied to measurable business outcomes
