Job Description
About The Role:
An esteemed studio, known for its pioneering, sustainable, and socially conscious architecture that aims to enrich the urban fabric of London, is opening its doors and seeking a Project or Senior Architect to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be someone excited by crafted, design-led projects and eager to join a studio that values community-focused design and social connection, while simultaneously being technically and creatively driven. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting London-based housing projects, from planning through to delivery, and should have prior exposure within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process through all stages, ensuring excellence in project execution
Manage a small team to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
Conduct design reviews with the management team, contributing to informed decision-making
Oversee and manage packages throughout various stages, ensuring smooth project progress
Lead coordination efforts with external consultants and the wider architectural team for seamless collaboration
Manage and mentor junior members of the team and offer support and guidance
Key Skills/Requirements:
Registered ARB Architect, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence
Proficient in Revit is essential for the role.
Proven experience in leading projects through planning to technical delivery
Experience working on UK design-led projects and strong knowledge of UK building regulations
