Position Overview

We are currently seeking highly experienced senior engineering professionals and technical leaders for collaboration opportunities with leading industrial partners.


This role is designed for globally experienced experts who have held senior technical or leadership roles in industry and are interested in contributing to technology innovation, industrial transformation, and applied R&D projects.


The role offers flexible collaboration models, including part-time or project-based engagement, while maintaining your current affiliation overseas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or advise on advanced engineering and technology development projects
  • Drive innovation, process optimization, and industrial application within your domain
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for R&D teams
  • Support technology transfer and commercialization efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and research units
  • Mentor and develop local technical teams


Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s/PhD preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in overseas enterprises
  • Currently holding or previously held positions such as: Chief Technology Officer (CTO); Technical Director / Head of Engineering; Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer
  • Strong track record in industrial technology, engineering innovation, or applied research
  • Experience in leading projects, teams, or technology development initiatives
  • Relevant Fields (Not Limited To)
