Contract: Outside IR35 We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience on COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) sites in the UK to oversee a critical project at a major industrial facility. This is a contract position outside IR35, ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead complex, safety-critical projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale projects on a COMAH site, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams. Provide on-site leadership, ensuring project milestones are met, and risks are proactively managed. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and the project team. Ensure all project reporting, governance, and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on COMAH-regulated sites in the UK. Strong track record of managing complex, safety-critical projects. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Comprehensive understanding of project governance, safety standards, and risk management. Eligibility to work in the UK.
