Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A construction consultancy in Birmingham has secured several new instructions across the hotels and residential sectors and is now seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery. This Senior Project Manager role will focus on city-centre developments, including mid-rise residential schemes and branded hotel projects, typically between £5m-£25m.

The Senior Project Manager will be stepping into a role with immediate responsibility, taking over live projects while also supporting upcoming schemes already in pre-construction.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a construction Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead construction projects from feasibility through to completion, managing consultant teams, overseeing procurement, and acting as the primary client contact. You will also play a role in mentoring junior team members and helping to grow the Birmingham office.

The Senior Project Manager

5+ years' experience in construction consultancy

Experience delivering residential or hotel construction projects

MRICS, MAPM or working towards

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts

Proven ability managing full project lifecycle

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
