The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee risk, procurement strategies, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior Project Manager will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towards
Strong commercial and contract management knowledge
Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
Experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use schemes
