A well regarded, independent construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their close knit team. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for a well rounded individual who is comfortable operating across all stages of a project and enjoys working in a hands on environment. The successful construction Senior Project Manager will join a consultancy known for delivering high quality schemes and building long term client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who prefers variety, autonomy and genuine responsibility, rather than being siloed into a single function. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in both project delivery and client interaction, contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects from early feasibility through to completion. The Senior Project Manager will be involved in
* Programme management
* Procurement and contract administration
* Stakeholder coordination
* Risk and project control

The Senior Project Manager will also
* Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Support across project management and employer's agent duties
* Contribute to maintaining and developing client relationships

The Senior Project Manager
The ideal Senior Project Manager will be a well rounded construction professional with consultancy experience and
* A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB or working towards
* Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion
* Strong communication and organisational skills

It would be advantageous for the Senior Project Manager to have
* Experience in an Employer's Agent or mixed PM CA role
* Exposure to multiple sectors
