The 'Senior Project Manager's' role
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery across all key stages. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee design and delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities include programme and cost management, leading meetings, contract administration (JCT), and overseeing construction activities on site. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior staff and support wider business objectives.
