Senior Project Manager Luxury Fit-Out | Super Prime London Residences
An opportunity to join a long-established leader in luxury interior fit-out delivering exceptional super-prime residential projects across London. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the fit out of a landmark development, combining technical expertise, commercial acumen and operational management.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of a high-end fit-out project from inception to completion.
Develop robust project plans, monitor budgets and ensure program and quality standards are met.
Coordinate teams across design, factory, subcontractors and site.
Act as the primary client liaison, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality compliance.
Ensure contractual obligations are adhered to and maintain accurate project records.
Who Were Looking For:
Extensive experience on new-build and luxury fit-out projects (prime residential or hotels).
A contractors man or woman, having worked with a tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading specialist subcontractor in the fit-out sector.
Relevant qualification or equivalent project management experience (time served).
