This is a technically challenging scheme involving a deep basement structure, complex structural steel and reinforced concrete frame, currently progressing on a live construction site. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the build through its next critical phases and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Represent the client in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site. Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
