Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead – OFS Location: Hybrid, Reading UK (3days/Week Onsite) Duration: 6months+ Contract Inside IR35 Rate: 550GBP/Day Inside IR35 Overview We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of OFS. This individual must be a proven heavy-hitter with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. The role demands strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery on a day-to-day basis for the OFS project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Own the delivery roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions. Drive governance, reporting, and risk management processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and issues. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

Project/programme management experience, ideally in a works management solution or within the utilities industry. Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects. Deep understanding of OFS. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Comfortable operating in complex matrix environments.
