This role offers the chance to be at the centre of strategic initiatives within the Defence and National Security space.Key Responsibilities:Define project requirements and gain formal agreement from key stakeholders and governance boardsLead project delivery from initiation through to transition and handover to service operationsManage end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with both customer and internal business teamsOperate within established project management methodologies and ensure compliance with agreed processesOversee project reporting through KPIs, highlight reports, and stage assessmentsLead risk and issue management, ensuring contingency and mitigation plans are in place and approvedMaintain rigorous financial tracking across multiple projects and ensure accurate forecastingEnsure project activities are reflected in profit and loss impact, with clear governance oversightAchieve timely milestone sign-offs and support finance teams in triggering invoicing milestonesSupport and guide team members, driving progress through clear communication and structured reportingApply formal review and assurance practices to validate delivery outcomesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience delivering Transition and Transformation projects, preferably in Defence or National Security sectorsStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with executive-level stakeholdersA structured, disciplined approach to project delivery, with the ability to adapt to complex environmentsDeep understanding of financial governance, profit & loss, risk management, and formal delivery assuranceStrong capability in managing cross-functional teams and bringing structure to high-pressure situationsHands-on experience with reporting tools and project management systemsAdditional Information:Hybrid working available depending on the project phase and locationThis role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real-world impact on strategic Defence initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
