This is a high‑impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of AI within Education, demonstrating ICS.AI’s capabilities in transforming student experience, service efficiency, and digital service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for Education sector clients during project deliveryRepresent ICS.AI at Project Boards, Steering Groups, and governance forumsManage project teams and stakeholders across academic, IT, and professional servicesDeliver all elements of the PRINCE2 Agile project lifecycleEnsure project quality through test plans, governance reviews, and risk managementManage risks, issues, mitigations, and escalation pathsOversee project budgets, commercial changes, and financial trackingProduce all core governance artefacts including PID, RAID logs, highlight reports, and change requestsLead discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution walkthroughsCoordinate resources across delivery, engineering, data, and product teamsSupport PMO continuous improvement activitiesEnsure effective change management and adoption planning for education stakeholdersRequired Skills And ExperienceMinimum 5 years in a Project Management Office rolePRINCE2 Foundation certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation desirable)Strong understanding of PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM methodologiesExperience implementing AI, software, SaaS, or digital transformation solutionsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreamsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skillsExperience in budget management, risk management, and governanceAbility to translate technical concepts to academic and operational audiencesWorkshop facilitation and requirements gathering experienceWhat We OfferFlexible and remote working optionsEnhanced pension scheme (5% employer contribution)25 days of holiday plus bank holidays£1,200 annual work‑from‑home allowancePrivate healthcare package (Vitality)Eligibility RequirementsApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
