Socode are partnering with a Cambridge-based technology company developing advanced industrial systems used in high-performance manufacturing environments. As their programmes continue to expand, they’re looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery across a range of complex product and operational initiatives.

This is a delivery-focused role sitting at the centre of engineering, operations and supply chain. You’ll be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, keeping programmes on track, and ensuring new products transition smoothly into manufacture.

What will you be doing? • Owning delivery of new product programmes from early development through to production release • Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams to maintain alignment and momentum • Building and managing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring key milestones are met • Applying structured delivery frameworks to keep projects controlled and predictable • Identifying potential risks early and putting plans in place to mitigate them • Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing clear and regular updates • Supporting the move from development into production, including readiness and ramp-up activities • Contributing to improvements in how projects are run, helping strengthen overall delivery capability
