Senior Project Manager (ESG / Sustainability) – Data Centre

We are currently working with a leading global Data Centre provider with a multibillion-pound portfolio. With continued investment and development growth across the EMEA region they are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in ESG and Sustainability project delivery to join their London office.

Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits + bonus London office 5 days

The Role: The Senior Project Manager will join a proactive and dynamic team who lead all strategic Sustainability and ESG projects across the business. This role will be focused on sustainable initiatives across their new build development sites (£500+ million) focusing on carbon reduction and future proofing the portfolio.Current project initiatives include solar PV, rainwater harvesting, district heating, green and community initiatives and range in individual value from c.£50,000 - £3 million.

Due to the nature of the role the Project Manager will be front end focused RIBA 2 – 3/4 driving sustainable initiatives from initial concept, business case and design and will then take a higher-level oversight in delivery across multiple projects so someone from a PMO background would also be considered.
