What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll lead projects inside a broader transformation programme focused on modernising infrastructure and workflow automation.

That means you’ll:

Own delivery plans across complex, multi-party initiatives Manage RAID, reporting and governance forums Drive Agile delivery and oversee JIRA boards Coordinate vendors and internal teams Support budgeting, requirements definition and solution design Track KPIs and ensure regulatory-grade governance standards are met

You’ll bring order where complexity is normal.

What you’ll need

Three things matter most:

10+ years delivering change in financial services or capital markets Strong Agile programme/project management with senior stakeholder exposure Working knowledge of fixed income, OTC products and the regulatory landscape

You’ll be comfortable operating in environments where compliance, governance and transparency aren’t optional.
