Senior Project Manager - FM - NHS - Birmingham £75k.
A Senior Project Manager is required to work across 4 operational hospital sites in the West Midlands, you will manage 3 site managers and a project coordinator, delivering the trusts capital plan, £6-9m a year. Working through various projects, energy, new installation, lifecycle, refurbishment, maintenance replacement, You will be responsible for your own P&L.
Other tasks will include design phases, managing processes, contract management, finance, invoices, debts managed, contracts created and executed, assessing risks, pricing works, managing compensation events. You are managing a team, so previous experience is a must.
You will need to have a Technical background. Healthcare experience is a must as well as having an HNC.
