Location & Travel This role can be based at our offices in London (preferred) or Glasgow city centres in the United Kingdom. We work hybrid, 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. Some travel throughout the EMEA region to project/client sites and BV offices will be required. Key Responsibilities

Managing risks related to cost, schedule and quality throughout the full project lifecycle Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards and client satisfaction Overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling and staffing Coordinating technical requirements relating to grid and substation projects Obtaining new/repeat business and supporting contract negotiations

Management Responsibilities Acts as a project manager and is responsible for managing the project team. The composition of this team may vary by project. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Significant experience in grid and/or substation projects within the UK and wider EMEA region Proven background in managing and leading teams of multi‑discipline professionals Experienced in coordinating the activities of all third‑party companies contributing to the project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification Experience working with similar engineering consultancies
