Senior Project Manager – Groundworks & Civils\nLocation: Reading\nImmediate Start | Industry-Leading Contractor\n\nAn industry-leading contractor is delivering a major groundworks and civils scheme in Reading and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team with an immediate start.\n\nThis is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the successful delivery of complex civil engineering works from pre-construction through to completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Overall management and delivery of large-scale groundworks and civils packages\n\n * \n\n Programme planning, sequencing and progress monitoring\n\n * \n\n Full commercial responsibility including budgets, valuations, variations and cost control\n\n * \n\n Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality and environmental compliance\n\n * \n\n Leading site teams, subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships\n\n * \n\n Driving performance to meet programme and commercial targets\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on groundworks and/or civils projects\n\n * \n\n Strong background in programming/planning, commercial management, quality and safety\n\n * \n\n Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n CSCS Black Card or NVQ Level 6 or 7 (essential)\n\n * \n\n Available to start immediately or at short notice\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Long-term opportunity on a major scheme in Reading\n\n * \n\n Work with a market-leading contractor\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary and package, dependent on experience\n\nApply now with your CV to be considered for an immediate interview
