Senior Project Manager - Major Regeneration Scheme \nLocation: Brighton \n£80,000-£85,000 + company benefits.\n\nThe Opportunity \nDue to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing contractors, based in Brighton. The business is dynamic and entrepreneurial, offering a supportive yet highly ambitious culture, clear routes for career progression, and a strong focus on employee engagement and development.\n\nThe Project \nYou will take responsibility 2 regeneration schemes involving the demolition, replacement, and refurbishment of historic arches. Delivered across two concurrent phases, the project presents a technically complex and logistically demanding programme within a sensitive coastal and public-facing environment.
