Job Description
BMS Senior Project Manager
£75,000 – £90,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 10% Pension
London (UK travel as required)
We are a global market leader in Building Management Systems (BMS), delivering complex, high-value projects across landmark commercial and residential developments.
Due to sustained growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full commercial and operational ownership of major BMS contracts.
This is a leadership position with real P&L accountability, executive client exposure, and the opportunity to shape project strategy from pre-construction through to final account.

The Role
Full responsibility for delivery of multiple BMS projects Own programme, cost, margin, and risk Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors Manage variations, EOTs, claims, and final accounts Oversee forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting Act as senior client interface Drive safety, compliance, and delivery performance
What We’re Looking For
Senior PM / Contracts Manager experience within BMS or building services Strong commercial and contractual expertise (NEC/JCT desirable) Proven track record delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects Confident client-facing leader with strong negotiation skills Commercially driven and results-focused
