Senior Project Manager\n Edinburgh\n £55,000 - £65,000\n\nWe have an opportunity to join a nationwide construction consultancy who are looking for a Senior Project Manager within their city centre Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will join their dynamic and highly successful team to work on a wide range of exciting projects throughout Scotland.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with, but not limited to, Commercial, Education. Student Accommodation, Mixed Use, Local Authority and Residential projects.\n\nRequirements of the Senior Project Manager\n\nPrevious experience within a construction consultancy is essential\nMRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Accredited\nStrong business acumen\nPre-contract experience would be beneficial\nFull Driving License\nSolid technical delivery experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nA comprehensive knowledge of NEC3 and 4 building contracts.
