Senior Project Manager – Commercial Projects

Location: London

Salary: £65,000–£80,000 DOE

A well-established construction and property consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their London team. The successful candidate will take a leading role in delivering commercial construction projects, managing project teams and building strong relationships with key clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a senior position with greater project ownership and leadership responsibilities.

Senior Project Manager Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects from early design stages through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of commercial construction projects from inception through to completion Manage project teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Monitor project programmes, budgets, and risk Provide strategic advice and reporting to clients and senior stakeholders Chair project meetings and coordinate communication between project teams Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Support junior project managers and contribute to team development

Requirements

Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects Previous experience operating at Senior Project Manager level or ready to step up Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar

MRICS qualification or working towards chartership is desirable.
