Senior Project Manager

Commercial and Mixed-Use Developments

Overview:

We are working with a private family office who develop and own a range of core and value add commercial and mixed use properties across London and the South East. We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects across London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing schemes from RIBA Stage 0 through to completion, with deep understanding of the design, planning, procurement, and delivery processes

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial and mixed use projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Develop and lead project briefs, feasibility studies, and strategic programmes in collaboration with clients and consultants. Appoint and manage multidisciplinary design and consultant teams, ensuring clear coordination and communication throughout. Lead planning applications, procurement strategies, tender processes, contract administration, and project reporting. Oversee construction delivery and site progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, health & safety standards, and contractual obligations. Proactively manage risks, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders and steering groups. Work closely with developers, landlords, investors, and occupiers to align project delivery with commercial goals.

Requirements:

MCIOB qualification is essential. 10+ years’ experience managing projects in commercial or mixed-use sectors. Proven experience delivering complex projects from RIBA Stage 0 to completion. Strong technical knowledge of construction, design coordination, contract law (JCT/NEC), and planning regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead multiple projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
