Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion, ensuring successful delivery and effective change management.
\n
\n Deliver high-quality project and programme management across all phases.
\n
\n
\n Provide expert guidance on project cost, programme, risk, and emerging issues.
\n
\n
\n Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, promoting strong collaboration.
\n
\n
\n Build and maintain effective client relationships through clear communication.
\n
\n
\n Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including risk registers and schedules.
\n
\n
\n Develop and execute robust project delivery plans.
\n
\n
\n Mentor junior members of staff.
\n
\n
Requirements :
\n
\n A recognised Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or equivalent) or progressing towards one.
\n
\n
\n Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
\n
\n
\n Strong grasp of industry best practice in Project Management.
\n
\n
\n Knowledge of both pre- and post-contract Project Management duties.
\n
\n
\n Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation through to completion.
\n
\n
\n Experience working under JCT contracts.
\n
\n
\n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
\n
\n Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
\n
\n
