Your new role You will work as a Senior Project Manager and work on a diverse mix of projects across commercial, residential, education and defence schemes, taking the lead on delivery while building strong, long-term client relationships. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape the success of major projects.
Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple sectors
Managing programmes, budgets, risk and stakeholder communication
Overseeing design teams and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
Preparing and presenting project reports to clients
Supporting business development and contributing to bids
Mentoring junior team members and helping drive team growth
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a consultancy environment
Strong project delivery background across construction or property
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and autonomy
Professional qualification (RICS, APM, CIOB) but not essential
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
