Senior Project Manager - M&E (Healthcare / Critical Environment)

We are supporting the appointment of a Senior Project Manager to work on a large, technically complex healthcare contract within Central / West London. The role will be site-based, operating primarily from St Mary's Hospital (Paddington) or Hammersmith Hospital, delivering M&E-led projects in a live, critical environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role, suited to a strong technical Project Manager who is comfortable working alongside estates teams, clinical stakeholders and operational FM teams.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of M&E and technically biased projects within an occupied hospital environment

Managing multiple projects concurrently, from feasibility through to handover

Working closely with hospital stakeholders to plan and deliver works with minimal disruption

Full responsibility for programme, cost, quality, risk and H&S

Management of consultants, subcontractors and supply chain

Chairing project meetings and managing stakeholder communications

Ensuring full compliance with CDM, RAMS, HTMs and healthcare governance

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Project Manager within M&E, FM or construction

Strong background delivering projects in live, critical environments (healthcare, hospitals, laboratories, data centres or similar)

Solid mechanical and/or electrical bias with the ability to challenge technically

Experience working within occupied buildings where operational continuity is critical

Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and end users

Desirable

Healthcare or NHS estate experience

SMSTS, CDM, NEBOSH / IOSH

Engineering or construction-related qualification

Location

Site-based at St Mary's Hospital (W2) or Hammersmith Hospital (W12)
