The project: As the private business unit continues to expand, we are searching for an inspirational Senior Project Managers to support our growth strategy.

We are looking for an individual who has project management consultancy experience across Mixed-use Developments.  

This role will provide end to end project management across the project lifecycle to meet defined time, cost, technical performance and quality requirements.

This is a client-facing role, responsible for collaboration with project team members and stakeholders. You will be highly motivated, understand developing a project plan, identify any specialist requirements and mobilise a professional team to drive forward the clients’ strategy. You will be responsible for management of necessary project governance and assurance tools to fulfil our obligations. As Project Manager you will lead the appointed professional team and remain accountable for all aspects of delivery as lead consultant building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues and supply chain members.

You’ll need to have:

• JTC Contract Experience or NEC4 ECC PM accreditation.
• Membership of APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  
• Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Mixed Use Developments sector. 
• Property project management expertise.  
• Commercial and financial acumen.  
• Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.  
• Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.  
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
