This role will focus on end-to-end program leadership — from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, stabilization, and optimization — ensuring compliant, scalable, and efficient payroll operations.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise leading enterprise Payroll, Time and Absence transformation projects, with strong experience implementing ADP solutions. Direct experience with ADP GlobalView is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale Payroll, Time, and Absence system implementations across global and/or multi-country environmentsDrive full project lifecycle delivery including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercarePartner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver compliant, scalable solutionsServe as subject matter expert for Payroll and Time & Absence processes, ensuring alignment with local regulations and global standardsLead vendor engagement and governance, particularly with ADPManage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination in complex enterprise programsOversee data migration, integrations, reporting, and controlsSupport post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement initiativesSupport integration of payroll, time and absence systems as part of acquisitions or organizational changes, as neededRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience delivering large-scale Payroll, Time, and Absence implementationsProven experience leading enterprise-level ADP implementationsStrong preference for hands-on ADP GlobalView implementation experienceDeep understanding of payroll operations, compliance, controls, and cross-border complexitiesExperience managing global or multi-country deploymentsExcellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communicationsDemonstrated success leading complex, multi-year technology implementations and digital transformation initiativesStrong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and toolsExperience managing project budgets, resources, and vendor relationshipsDemonstrated ability to lead matrix teams and influence across organizational boundariesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making approachExperience with change management and organizational transformationExpertise in relevant technology domains (e.g., HCM, ERP, Digital Platforms)
